Every job has a Job Tracker, a Pre-Energization checklist and an org chart. The city decides who sees its org chart (Flowchart access is given per city). Closed jobs are hidden from everyone but admins.

Pick a person, or add one. Set what they can do in each tool: Editor edits, Commenter adds notes only, Viewer reads only. Job Tracker and Pre-Energization are set per job; Flowchart is set per city.
Give a job a username and password. Anyone at that jobsite signs in with them on jha.shefalinx.com and fills out that job’s JHAs — nothing else to set up. Changing the password signs everyone out of the old one.

JHA admins see every job’s JHAs, set jobsite sign-ins, add jobs, set the company logo, delete JHAs and add other JHA admins — and nothing else (no Job Tracker, Pre-Energization or Flowchart). Your ShefaLinx admins are JHA admins too.
